Job Title - Marketing Head

Job Summary

We are seeking a truly passionate, creative and results-driven Marketing Head to drive NeoDove to the next stage of development and support our growth through best class digital marketing, thought leadership, and coordinated execution.

The Head of Marketing will lead the B2B marketing of NeoDove by bringing to life marketing and PR strategies that give us a competitive advantage, and create campaigns, collateral and content to take complex propositions to market that are attractive to existing and new customers and which directly support the lead generation and sales pipelines within the business.

This is a great opportunity to build a SaaS business from the ground up with the ability to influence the marketing strategy. The candidate will have the opportunity to get involved in a startup early and the opportunity to work with and learn from founders who have run successful products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing NeoDove's multi-channel marketing strategy for demand generation or customer acquisition

- Create the overall digital marketing strategy, build and execute the plan to meet stated business goals, and drive its execution.

- Understand NeoDove's vision and what it means for digital marketing, and align digital marketing goals to the vision.

- Manage the digital marketing budget.

- Responsible for paid growth strategies, SEO, SEM and Analytics.

- Optimising and managing marketing campaigns for specific business goals such as lead generation or user engagement for a specific target audience

- Deep understanding of paid social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter

- Extensive search/Pay Per click (PPC) campaigns on all major search engines

- Develop a strategy to drive relevant traffic to the company web properties

- Experience with programmatic media buying and display marketing/retargeting.

- Strong analytical background and ability to critically analyze and leverage performance data to measure and optimize campaign performance

- Thorough understanding of product-focused content and messaging to storytell the benefits and customer pain points through innovative and unique campaigns.

- Thorough understanding of marketing automation.

- Lead, motivate, mentor, and grow the marketing function with the marketing team.

Skills and Requirements:

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Digital marketing or performance marketing in high growth

- A passion for B2B SaaS Marketing.

- Excited to work with a startup environment where there are equal amounts of strategy and execution.

- Experience within a fast-growing and disruptive B2B SaaS startup or scaleup, thrives on delivering big business growth objectives

- Data driven in approach. Analytically minded, with a strong focus on performance marketing to hit ambitious targets.

- High degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness, and business ethics.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Familiarly with growth hacking tools in addition to experience with web analytics tools (e. g. Google/Adobe Analytics) and BI tools (e. g. Tableau, DOMO)

- Exceptional writing and editing skills- Basic HTML + design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch, etc.) preferred

- Experience with Adobe marketing cloud a plus

- Proven ability to build consensus and work quickly and effectively within a cross-departmental team.

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Qualification :

Any Bachelor's degree and MBA (HR & Marketing)/PGDM preferred.
