Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Manage sales and marketing operation in Uganda.
- Manage existing partners and products and identify new business partners and opportunities to achieve sales target.
- Provide sales projections to the management to establish clear sales visibility for the complete financial year on a rolling basis.
- Ensure timely supply of products to partners, to avoid penalties and out of stock situation.
- To coordinate with regulatory affairs, Operations, QA, QC, F&D teams catering to region.
- Secondary sales monitoring, product management and training field force.
- Regular market visit and extensive traveling within country for business prospects.
- Conduct market survey of given products and keep watch on competitor movements and preparing counteraction for the same.
- New Product Launch in the market.
- Conduct doctor meets and CME's and other engagement programs with distributors and customers.
- To handle and communicate market complaints and determine cause of failures.
- To be responsible with follow up for payments from distributors and maintaining proper credit history of distributors.
- To maintain relations with regulatory and other medical bodies.
- Ensure that all goods are being handled in responsible manner by ground personal and damages are being prevented.
