For more insights please visit :https://www.neewee.ai Role: Project Manager Experience: 6-8 years Education Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate RESPONSIBILITIES : - Planning, Monitoring, Budgeting, Resource Management and Change Management - Manage and control risks/issues and avoid surprises - Metrics based management and control of projects - Highly detail-oriented, a strong commitment to timely execution of tasks and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel - Liaison with Product Development and Support team to enable smooth delivery of the project - Track and share accurate status with all stakeholders (Neewee and Customer) - Drive status calls with Client and Internal Stakeholders - Have a entrepreneurial mindset and have an impact outside of one's core functions by demonstrating leadership, providing leverage and producing results that will help effectively scale the organization - Process improvements and its implementation to improve overall delivery efficiency - Build rapport with internal team, client teams and external vendors.Works' in coordination with the teams to achieve delivery objectives - Follow Neewee core values and lead by example - Manage project delivery by forecasting, planning, deploying and training resources - Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally REQUIREMENTS : - 5+ years of work experience in project/ program management - Direct people management experience for a minimum of 2 years - Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, MS project, Azure DevOps and Excel) - Experience working with Manufacturing IT and OT systems functionality - ERP, MES, SCADA, DCS - Experience working with a fast-paced environment - Have experience in all phases of project from project -Initiation to project closure - Diligently identify and solve problems - Show a desire and real passion for technology and customer-centric approach - Familiarity with Production, Planning, Supply chain terminologies - Exceptional communication and presentation skills - Exceptional Client and stakeholder management Skills Work Location : Bangalore, currently work from home Salary : Competitive with additional benefits Immediate hires would be preferred Sounds like you, come join us :)
