Learn more about us at: https://www.nected.ai/ Job Location : Gurgaon Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead the development of the product vision, the integrated view of how the product will serve the needs of the customer while building lasting value for the company. This includes defining the consumer value proposition, mapping the long-term product and business strategy, and planning the development, release, and growth of products. - Capturing product requirements with detailed functional specifications. - Working with designers in getting the UI/UX mocked up as per requirements. - Serve as the arbiter of quality, and decision-maker around trade-offs between features, resources, and time. - Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: conceptualise, prioritise internal requests and requirements, write product specifications, drive product development through close interaction with engineering and related teams. - Create and maintain an ongoing product roadmap and product schedule. - Building and launching new features. - Researching markets and competitors. Desired Skills and Experience : - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Past experience of build B2B products and managing team members with an understanding of their technical architecture - 3+ Previous experience in product development or management role - Proven product development ability - Technical background with 2+ years of experience in software development or web technologies - Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
