Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Pre-Sales and Sales Representative to join our B2B company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and identify potential customers. - Conduct research and gather relevant information on prospective clients to understand their needs, pain points, and buying behavior. - Engage with prospects through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations or meetings. - Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value proposition and address customer requirements. - Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and pricing information tailored to the customer's needs. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. - Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consultative selling to understand customer challenges and propose appropriate solutions. - Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives. - Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of solutions. - Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management. - Gather feedback from customers and prospects to provide valuable insights for product enhancements and market positioning. - Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay abreast of the latest industry developments. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and 4+ Years of experience in Pre sales and sales. - Proven experience in a B2B pre-sales or sales role, preferably in the SMB- Product/E-commerce Market - Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, consultative selling, and closing. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. - Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. - Willingness to travel, as required, to meet with clients or attend industry events.
