- 12-18 year of experience in IT Operations - Data Center Operations , Cyber Security, Network Design & Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows AD, Azure AD and Intune, Microsoft Azure migration, Routing and Switching
- Should have worked extensively on SIEM tools.
- Expertise in Network with Firewall Fortinet & Virtualization.
- Responsible for design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations.
- Understanding of ITIL and ISO 27001 best practices.
- Manage a team to provide support on premise Legacy environment (Cisco Switches, Fortinet Firewalls, Windows Server, Hyper-V, SCCM, SCOM, Storage & Backup) and Microsoft Azure, AWS & DevOps infrastructure.
- Define and manage IT Disaster Recovery Strategy for organization.
- Manage remote support activities for users and systems outside India.
- Providing leadership, coaching and direction to the IT team and Talent Building.
