Specialist - Internal Communications
- 5-10 year of experience Internal communication & employee engagement strategy.
- Ensure communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate and integrated with NEC's priorities and themes.
- Planning, coordination and execution of internal employee events & campaigns.
- Writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes global initiatives around Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Compliance and other programs and initiatives in support of vision, goals and culture.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders to build an employer branding and talent attraction program
- Use internal tools and platforms as appropriate to maximize the firm's internal communication effectiveness
Education : MBA / Mass Communication /Journalism / English Honors
