Job Title: Sr. Marketing Associate (Online) Location: Gurgaon Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced, consumer-focussed Digital Marketeer with a minimum of 3 years experience in running digital marketing campaigns (preferably for app downloads). Key Responsibilities: - The chosen individual will run all digital marketing initiatives for nearbuy.com, from a strategic and an operational basis. - He/She will manage digital marketing campaigns across all channels (largely Google, Facebook, Mobile affiliates) to drive app installs, at the right cost and conversion. - Key deliverable will be app installs at the right cost, with the right conversion (to customer). - Work closely with other functions - product, business development, marketing finance &amp; data analytics to plan, execute and report marketing campaigns. - Track, measure, and revise campaigns based on rigorous data analysis to further optimize ROI on spending - Research and assess, implement emerging methodologies and practices, and make recommendations for marketing automation. Requirements: - Experience in running digital app install campaigns across Google, Facebook and mobile affiliates. - Strong background in Online Display, Dynamic Remarketing, SEM, App Marketing, Affiliates, Social and Video advertising. - Strong understanding of A/B test, Audience targeting, ad copy, creative, landing page and bidding strategies for various ad platforms. - Hands on experience on tools like Adwords, Facebook, Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, Appsflyer/Apsalar, Mixpanel, Tableau, BigQuery, AWS etc. - Should be able to work with a team of channel managers as required and coordinate with multiple stakeholders (product, communications, brand, design). - Ability to influence change across multiple departments, and to manage conflicting priorities. - Extremely data driven individual along with strong analytical skills. Be able to sift through a lot of data and derive actionable insights. - Business acumen - ability to understand drivers of business and align them to the channels. - A marketing bent - understands marketing principles, ability to understand consumers, work with insights and use them for business decision making. - Should be able to adapt to the startup environment and should have ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. - Outstanding relationship - building skills with the ability to consistently demonstrate a positive and collaborative approach. - Individual applying to the role should ideally have the following attributes: - Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal) - Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution - Ability to prioritize when under pressure
