So whether you're taking your family out for a nice dinner, relaxing at a top spa, catching the latest movie with your friends or just discovering your city intimately, we make it happen.. National Account Manager will be responsible to maintain and grow the business of top national accounts of nearbuy. These top National accounts are spread across categories & geographies. The Role : - You will build relationships with these accounts at C-level and also identify key SPOCs who will champion Nearbuy's cause in these accounts. You will be expected to work on all product offerings of Nearbuy. - To accomplish the requirements of this role, we require hands-on effective leadership skills, strong problem solving & analytical skills, astute decision making and effective stakeholder management. Your day-to-day work will be : - Engaging with the National Accounts from C-level to all relevant stakeholders - Creating a monthly & quarterly plan for each of these accounts to ensure that we are aligned on common goals - Working closely with the internal teams like Product Managers, Category Managers & Planners to ensure that these accounts are performing optimally - Ability to gather the clients requirements and transfer them into action plans that can be executed - Deliver product presentations, provide insightful business answers, and structure win-win commercial agreements - Travel extensively to each of the cities as and when the need arises Requirements : Do you fit the bill ? - We are looking for high quality people with strong sales & account management background - Should be a post graduate (MBA) from Tier 1 institute - Should have at least 4 years of relevant experience i.e in a sales or account management role handling key merchants - Should be have strong analytical skills, data driven and a logical problem solver with solid experience in B2C sales and sales operations - Should have an outstanding interpersonal and public speaking skills - Should be willing to travel on work extensively
