Nearbuy - Collections Manager

Paytm is looking to hire a Collections Manager for its various locations:

Strategic / Managerial Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans in line with the company objectives.

- Support the development of the workforce plan for the division/function by providing inputs on the own department's workforce forecasts.

- Manage and control the operating framework for the department, provide guidance and support, ensure implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high-performance standards and continuous improvement.

- Monitor and analyse the business operating environment for all the regions with respect to Market trends, Bounce rate, segment level delinquency etc.

- Conduct periodic meetings with Key partners to ensure business continuity and containment of losses.

- Rationalize cost by the focus on fee collections.

Documentation & Compliance: -

- Help to set up a strong, standardized and smooth functioning line in the collections process.

- Denes, designs and implement the collections process manually and SOPs

- Drive Automation and digitization in the various processes associated directly or indirectly with collections

KEY SKILLS - AGENCY MANAGEMENT, FIELD COLLECTIONS AND UNSECURED/PERSONAL LOANS EXPERIENCE
