Role : - We are looking for a Category Head for our Spa & Salon Business vertical. As a Category Head, you will own the category and will be the person responsible for growing the category and ensuring an awesome customer experience - You will be a part of the leadership team and must share our passion and commitment for growing the category. The ideal candidate should have experience in category management & having a similar industry experience will be an added advantage. - To accomplish the requirements of this role, we require hands-on effective leadership skills, strong problem solving & analytical skills, astute decision making and effective stakeholder management. Your day-to-day work will be : - Work closely with category planners and product managers to enhance the consumer app experience for Spa & Salon category - Creating a monthly & quarterly plan for your category in terms of Go-To-Market strategies, Key accounts planning, etc - Liasioning with the National Sales Head to ensure that the sales teams across cities are well trained to acquire and manage accounts specific to your category - Develop a short term and long term plan for growing the category and work with key management stakeholders on a regular basis to achieve the category vision - End-to-End planning for nation-wide campaigns that help the category deliver faster than expected growth - Being part of strategic meetings that decides the org strategy - Contribute to product development by a deep understanding of the category and knowhow of consumer key requirements Requirements : Do you fit the bill? - Should be a post graduate (MBA) from Tier 1 institute - We are looking for leaders with a deep understanding of the Spa & Salon category. An hands on experience in the Spa & Salon industry will be an added advantage - You should be passionate about growing the category multi-fold - Should have atleast 8 years work experience in category management - Should be data driven and a logical problem solver with solid experience in B2C sales & category management - Besides leadership, should have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
