About the role: Head the Bangalore F&B Vertical for nearbuy.com   Reporting to: F&B Business Head India   Key Responsibilities :  - Head the F&B Business Vertical for Bangalore   - Develop and execute city management strategies aimed at exceeding financial targets  - Autonomously run the citywide portfolio and make all executive decisions directly affecting its success  - Effectively manage, train and communicate KPI's to teams.   - Uniquely identify emerging trends within each region whilst applying this knowledge to leverage sales  - Acquire in-depth knowledge about key industry performance indicators   - Develop sales strategies, effectively communicate it to the team and, successfully translate them into revenue, own and drive partnerships in the city  - Collaborate with other teams to analyze results and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs  - Drive highly successful team members who drive results. Monitor, evaluate, and develop the performance of teams members  Requirements :   - 6 - 7 years of experience in e-commerce/hospitality industry.  - Substantial experience in revenue management, BD & sales  - Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive high growth revenue in a competitive market  - Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management  - Ability to think strategically and tactically, with excellent attention to detail  - Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast - paced start up environment  - Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills are essential
