Product Manager The Opportunity Near is looking for a customer-centric Product Manager to work with our Platform Product, Customer Success, and global Sales teams to manage Product and Customer Success operations. This is a role that requires a deep understanding of Near's products, customers- needs, excellent collaboration with the global teams, and the passion to get things done. The Product team at Near is responsible for transforming market opportunities into Product/Customer wins and deliver the highest-quality services to existing and new customers across the globe. We are looking for a driven and ambitious Product Manager who can play a pivotal role in the next phase of our journey. Key Responsibilities - Define product strategy and roadmap, spanning a set of customers/geographies. Identify customer and market requirements, write use-case-driven requirements focused on user-interaction workflows. - Understand the role of technologies that power Near's Products and seamlessly articulate these requirements to external and internal business stakeholders. - Drive feature discussions with customers, and partner teams to produce clear, concise documents like functional specifications. - Impact customer experience, feature usability, success, and team-level business goals. - Plan, reinforce, coordinate, and direct day-to-day operations around product delivery/customer support and professional service requirements. Assist the sales team with representing roadmap. - Provide a thought leadership driven understanding to technical teams by setting clear direction and oversight, thereby acting as a product evangelist both internally and externally.- - Define and monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success, and continuously optimize to deliver a world-class product experience. - Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and help them succeed. - Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement. Skills &amp; Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from a reputed institute. - MBA from a premium institute. - 5+ years of experience in product development and/or product management (experience in managing growth in a product-centric company is a plus). - Proven record of achieving and maintaining strong operational excellence. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents. - Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop thoughtful recommendations and action plans. - Successful at presenting core business values clearly, concisely, and with conviction.
