NCLT Head/Senior NCLT/IBC Lawyer - Financial Sector (12-16 yrs)
Job Description :
- Looking after NCLT cases
- Filing of Section 7 application against the corporate client
- Filing of Section 95 against guarantors in NCLT and DRT
- Interaction with Interim Resolution Professionals and Liquidators.
- Managing a team of 5 people
- Strategy formulation
- Reviewing cases before filing
- Managing and coordinating with external lawyers
- Specific experience in Insolvency / Bankruptcy matters required, IBC 2016 experience mandatroy
- Preference will be given to lawyers with experience in any Financial sector company
