NCDEX - Manager - Talent Acquisition (7-10 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Reporting : Head - HR
Job Purpose:
- Determining current staffing needs and forecasts
- Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Leading employment branding initiatives
Key Accountabilities:
- Recruitment all Levels - Lateral Hiring, Campus Hiring & Summer Internships.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening, etc.)
- Preparing/updating the Job descriptions
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Process in charge of Onboarding of Employees.
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Use metrics to create reports (Headcount, attrition, etc.) and identify areas of improvement.
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Handling employee probation reviews, transfers, contract Renewals
- Prepare and manage various reports such as Head count, Recruitment tracker, attrition, etc.
- Employee Engagement activities
- Handling various HR projects/New initiatives entrusted from time to time.
Educational Qualification/Professional certifications :
- Postgraduate in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition & Assessment tool - OPQ would be preferred.
Previous Experience :
- 7 - 10 years
Industry to be hired from :
- BFSI/Broking Industry.
Skills and Knowledge required :
- Proven experience in talent acquisition.
- Should have done full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
- Understanding of selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job portals.
- Knowledge on preparing Job Descriptions
- Sound Knowledge of HR Systems
