Job Purpose :

- Create a high performance research and outreach capability

- Prepare research reports through Secondary and primary research with reasonable empirical evidence for NICR/NCDEX in line with the business agenda

- To conduct research and use market intelligence to ensure appropriate, relevant and compelling knowledge support

- To support Knowledge Management team of NICR/NCDEX to be the - Think Tank- in the commodities field in India

- To provide and conduct trainings at reputed educational & training institutions for commercial basis

- To act as a faculty and faculty support to deliver trainings at partnered institutions

Key Accountabilities :

Strategic :

1. Support Head Knowledge management to create a research agenda for NCDEX to drive policy advocacy

2. Prepare as needed and directed relevant product research, commodities research, and scenario planning

3. Support the advocacy and outreach plan for the exchange for research events to ensure achievement of targets

4. Support and create appropriate research based content to use in communication in alignment to the organizations mission

5. Support and Create relevant - talking points- for all senior leaders of NCDEX in all external forums; in support of the policy advocacy agenda

6. Support advocacy plans of business leaders of the organisation with appropriate research, data and white papers

Outreach :

7. Draft relevant white papers to support internal stakeholders

Process/Operational :

8. Conduct product specific research to forecast product trends through empirical studies

9. Continuously publish updates on market trends, fundamentals, perspectives on global markets for internal stakeholders

a. Support the internal team to drive the agenda of education for all relevant external stakeholders like policy makers and influencers jobbers, farmers, brokers, students, etc.
