NBC Bearings - Senior Manager - Program Management (13-20 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure Program Management through proper coordination between different functions e.g. Marketing, Application Engineering, Design, Testing, Manufacturing, Quality and Logistics for the development of New products by conducting CFT meetings and monitoring progress of each critical activity of projects keeping in focus the quality and delivery requirement of customers.
- Ensure New product development in time by conducting cross functional meeting for New Product Development to develop system for developing NPD in specified time.
- Coordination with Marketing team for the development of New Customers, their technical audits and other requirements.
- Adherence of APQP & PPAP Process for all the new developments.
- Ensure FTR in New product development
- Identify training needs of team members accordingly to improve skills.
- Qualification - BE (Mech/Automobile)
