NBC Bearings - Lead - Digital Transformation - Non Manufacturing - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support in developing NEI's digital transformation strategy roadmap

- Work closely with various functions (non-manufacturing) to understand digital change requirements, define problem statements, and identify appropriate digital solutions to drive business agility, productivity and efficiency

- Create case for Digital Change through identification of potential digital initiatives and applicable business impact

- Program manage the implementation of identified digital initiatives from the tool/partner selection till solution go-live

- Monitor performance of the implemented digital system and jointly work with functional teams to improve as required

- Track business performance metrics (as applicable) post system implementation and report to NEI management

- Drive change management efforts along with HR for adoption of implemented digital tools across NEI

- Build and leverage strong relationships and network across the organization. Uses personal influence skills rather than position power to persuade others and gain support.

Skills required:

- Top tier Academic pedigree with MBA (preferred)

- 10+ Years overall experience with at least 4-5 years of experience in Digital Business Transformation jobs

- Consulting experience in digital led business transformation across industries preferred

- Deep knowledge of industry business processes (non-manufacturing), applicable digital tools and analytics landscape for business efficiency improvement

- Strong analytical skills and experience of using Analytics/Visualization tools

- Exhibit strong project and change management skills

- Experience of working with multidisciplinary teams across organization e.g. sales & marketing, finance, technology, HR etc

- Strong presentation and communication skills when presenting to Senior Management, and other internal/external stakeholders

- Present an objective opinion as input for business decisions based on facts, data and analysis. Is willing and able to take a stand when appropriate

- Exhibited strong commercial skills and business acumen
