1.Examine the manpower requirements for NEI post discussion with functional heads and develop the manpower plan in consultation with rest of the HR team to enable smooth functioning of the business.

2. Preparation & Maintaining of recruitment tracker .Plan and execute the recruitment process by collating and evaluating Manpower requisition requests from various functions and coordinate with the various agencies including placement firms and search online portals in order to find candidates suitable for respective positions.

3.Facilitate the short listing of candidates along with respective functional heads/hiring managers by understanding the role requirements and screening the CVs and ensuring that the shorlisted candidates meet the requirements of the job according to the most updated job description signed off by the functional heads.

4. Facilitate interviews by coordinating with candidates, placement agencies and the hiring managers to ensure that the recruitment is carried out in a smooth and timely manner and ensure that the competency/evidence based hiring is conducted through the interview process by providing the correct guidlines and conducting trainings/workshops for the hiring managers for interviewing for competencies.

5.Facilitate the post interview procedures such as carrying out salary negotiations, providing offer letter and appointment letter for freezing appointment for the candidates and supervise the planning for smooth handholding of post joining activities ( such as ensuring sitting place is assigned, getting employee number activated, telephone extension, assisst in relocation if required etc...)

6.Supervise the campus recruitment process including liasoning with the universities, connection with the shortlisted candidates and making presentations to prospective students at the campuses

7.Support the HR team in creating and implementing HR policies and HR MIS as required, Maintaining the organization chart of the company
