Working as a Chief Technology Officer at Navtech, you will : 1. Make executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements. 2. Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships. 3. Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs. 4. Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals. 5. Act as a mentor to team members. 6. Create a timeline for the development and deployment of technology services. 7. Assess possible risks &amp; opportunities and bring tangible value. 8. Maintain great customer relationships and create a positive impact on the customer. 9. Maintain a consumer-focused outlook and aid in the delivery of IT projects to customers. 10. Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations. 11. Manage the execution, monitoring and controlling of each team using the Agile methodology of software development. This includes managing : a) Planned and unplanned changes, risks and issues to ensure rapid delivery and greater predictability. b) Internal and external stakeholder involvement to keep them apprised of progress and address their needs. c) Shifts in priorities from senior leadership by ensuring members remain agile enough to handle changes with minimal disruption to productivity. You would be a great fit if you have : 1. 4-8 years experience with technology related to the industry; .Net, C#, SQL Server, MongoDB, jQuery, Angular, AWS, GitHub, Node.JS, Java/C, etc. 2. Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology. 3. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating status meetings and presenting to large groups. 4. Ability to identify problems, to mediate issues, to develop solutions, and to implement an appropriate course of action. 5. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research. 6. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. 7. Strategic thinking. 8. Problem-solving aptitude 9.
