- Account Manager - Enterprise - B to B

Position: Account Manager Enterprise

Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate / Any

Experience: 2 yrs to 5 Yrs

Gender: Any

Job Location: Dubai

Job Responsibilities of the Junior Sales Executive include but not restricted to:

- Potential candidate will have exposure in selling Telecom Products and services to Consumers. It's door to door selling in residential area/cluster.

- Experience of Sales in FMCG or Telecom, specially Direct / Counter sales.

- He/She must have a deep desire to learn and grow and passionate to negotiate and close Sales deal and achieve the monthly target.

- Candidates on sponsorship/Family Visa/ Fathers Visa preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

- Looking for passionate, young, smart and dynamic talent to join our growing outdoor Sales team.

- We are looking for young happy go lucky personalities. Well dressed and with proper grooming.

- Fluency in English is must. Good Handwriting candidates preferred.

- Jr. Sales Executive will get an opportunity to be mentored and coached by founders thus able to learn, excel & grow and become part of the Management Team.

- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities of an Account Manage include but not restricted to:

Skills & Competencies:

- Account Relationship Management - For existing company's clients promote Du products (Telecom Operator in Dubai) and services, promotional offers etc. Must be expert in Bill analysis and accordingly upgrade existing customers Du services. Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments and pitching them du products and services.

- Handling customer enquiries. Deals with complaints, recommendations, problems and requirements of potential customer in order to ensure customer satisfaction and long term relationship between the customer and the company

- Using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity levels.

- Ensuring that all work is delivered on time and to the Team Manager and Management's satisfaction.

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Must be able to take challenges and achieve sales target

- Work involves interacting with decision makers of companies like CFO- s, IT Heads, Directors etc

- Candidate must be technology proficient, exposure into IT solutions sales to enterprises and excellent in technical sales and technical business development.

- Candidate must have car and driving license

We are looking for the Candidates who are passionate about sales and are willing to take challenges to meet monthly target.

Employment Details:

- Our Compensation package is combination of Fixed basic and commission opportunity based on performance review.

- Candidates will be trained at Nagpur location for 1- 3 Months. Upon successful of training they would be offered to move to UAE.

- Candidates would be eligible for below as a part of their package for UAE location.

a. Yearly leave and air ticket

b. Air - ticket to UAE (one way)

c. Medical Insurance

d. Performance based variable pay
