1. RCA and D-SAT analysis in the business

2. Understanding end to end process as is and documenting the process in SOP format

3. Sound knowledge of sampling methodology and identification of process errors through monitoring

4. Finding opportunities to improve and reduce variations in the business via various methods such as interaction monitoring, listening, auditing etc.

5. Implement all strategic projects in a timely manner ensuring high quality delivery

6. Monitor new projects implemented feasible reports and also to update the current status on existing projects

7. You will act as a lead in preparation for day to day meetings, including tracking, monitoring and following up on open action items
