Responsible for Inter-company reconciliation and the process 7. Responsible for the Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audit of the Company 8. Preparation and Submission of RBI return (related to Financials) 9. Manage the computation and filing of the Tax returns (Income Tax and GST) 10. Manage the outsourced vendors with respect to Internal audit and tax/GST returns 11. Preparation of reports for the Board meetings with respect to financials 12. Preparation of scheduled reports (including Cost Reports) for Head of Finance & CFO 13. Maintain Chart of accounts 14. Ensure adhere to accounting policies Skills required I. Technical skills: IndAS practical knowledge II. System thinking (ERP, workflow) III. Ability to prepare reports, schedules and financial statement IV. Able to work independently - monthly MIS, Audit, RBI inspection V. Inter-personal skills (Audit, RBI inspection) VI. Good learner (changes to IndAS, Tax regulation, RBI regulation) VII.
