Navi - Associate Manager - Co Lending & Market Place - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (1-2 yrs)
At Navi, our mission is to build financial services that are simple, accessible and affordable. Navi was founded by Sachin Bansal & Ankit Agarwal to build consumer-centric & technology driven. Lending marketplace team is a zero to one team set up this year to start off balance sheet fund raise. This team works on doing direct assignment txs of both HL & PL products, and also work on on-boarding new relationships for Co-Lending arrangements. As everything is being done from scratch, the team is responsible for driving business, on-boarding partnerships & also to get the processes set & automated internally.
This position is based out of Bangalore, India ( Work from Office)-
Responsibilities:
1.To independently look for strategic partnership with Banks, NBFC, financial institutions driving cross functional discussions across product, business, legal teams
2. To work with internal teams (product, analytics, compliance, legal) for facilitating fund raising activities (on the debt side), defining product constructs, etc
3. To act as a face for Navi to external investors and closely working with them to close deals
4. To effectively coordinate with stakeholders across business lines
5. Should independently Ideate and run projects
Required Skills:
1. Strong interpersonal, Management and stakeholder handling skills
2. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
3. Strong analytical mindset
Preferred Background:
1. 1-2 years in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, corporate and retail banking, program and stakeholder management
2. Education from a Tier 1 institute (graduation or post-graduation)
Good to have:
1. Understanding of BFSI sector and Fintech industry in India
