The Role :

- The Head of Performance Marketing is a new position, critical to the ongoing growth and success of the business. You will drive traffic, acquire new customers, and generate new and repeat revenue growth. You will create bold online strategies that will deliver commercial results as well as own the management & delivery of performance activity for our brands across PPC, Paid Social, Display and Remarketing.

- This role is an exciting and challenging position and an opportunity to build an exciting team within an already successful organisation.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and deliver a 3 year strategy to grow the digital offering in line with overall business and marketing goals

- Build and lead an exceptional in-house team of commercially focussed performance marketing specialists

- Manage a considerable budget

- Working with key stakeholders to ensure we have a joined up approach to customer targeting across marketing channels

- Drive the collection and understanding of customer engagement data to identify and measure growth metrics, dashboards, and be responsible for communicating key actionable insights to the business

- Strategise & manage the planning and building of the campaigns/activity across all channels and drive the collection and understanding of customer engagement data to identify conversion optimisation opportunities

- Responsibility for daily/weekly department level performance, ensuring all key KPIs, such as spend and ROAS, are hit on a weekly basis.

- Full ownership of our audience strategy - Champion Paid Search within the business

- Being hands-on with implementation, ongoing management and campaign optimisation

- Lead on ideation, planning and campaign set up in line with our commercial calendar

- Collaborate with the international market teams and lead on Paid Search strategy and execution

- Work with the retail team to drive footfall in-stores through performance marketing channels

- Manage, recruit and develop a team of PPC executives. This role requires digital marketing expertise combined with a desire to help achieve aggressive growth targets. You'll be hands-on in driving and executing customer acquisition initiatives, whilst also thinking on a strategic level.

Key Skills :

- 8+ years paid search/paid social experience within an ecommerce/digital organisation, must have hands on experience

- Experienced in running/managing Paid Search campaigns in UK and EU markets preferred

- High attention to detail, able to handle very large data sets

- Clear & engaging communicator

- Highly analytical, strong problem-solving skills

- Strong process driven planning and execution

- Proficient in building business insights reports

- Exceptional leadership skills in order to nurture and get the best out of the team
