2. Sound drafting skills.
3. Contract reading & review.
4. Filing of statutory forms.
5. Conducting AGM, EGM & BM.
6. Preparation of Minutes of AGM, EGM & BM.
7. Fundamental knowledge of Tax laws.
8. Liasoning with auditors, consultants & other stakeholders.
