Business Analyst/Implementation Manager

- To lead all implementations for small to large scale clients including Admin customization and Data migrations.

- The job entails working with technical resources in India to ensure successful implementations so as to help the Customer Success team achieve its timeline and quality.

Title : Business Analyst/ Implementation Manager

Job Timing : 11:30 am-8:30 pm(IST)

Job Location : Noida

Role and Responsibilities :

- Understanding the product implementation needs and plan work accordingly

- Controlling quality of all the deliverables

- Identifying, managing and controlling changes provided by customer

- Estimating resources required for completing the implementation on time

- Assigning tasks to resources and supervising their work

- Tracking and reporting progress to Customer Success team

- Communicating implementation status and issues to the Customer Success team

- Interact with Success Team about the data migration issues

- Managing and resolving implementation issues

- Successfully completing the implementation within time

- Responsible for mentoring and training new employees

Preferred Skills :

- Industry Experience : 2 - 4 years experience in Software Company.

- Prior success in handling similar implementations for the customers (related to Sales-force technology) will be an added advantage.

- Exceptional written and communication abilities.

- Education : Bachelors Degree. Masters Degree Preferred

- Shift timing : 11.30 am- 8: 30 pm
