HR Business Partner - Mumbai

The HR Business Partner will have the responsibility for effective people management of the branch, and will engage with business leaders to enable and impact business success. The role will help in ideating and implementing various HR initiatives, including employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition. The role will be responsible for sourcing the right talent and enabling a strong handshake with the business to ensure perpetuation of all major HR initiatives being rolled out centrally.

Key Responsibilities - 

- Work with business stakeholders to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives

- Ensuring world class experience for New Employees around Induction, Onboarding and Assimilation into their role and Organisation

- Managing day to day HR operations around Employee Lifecycle

- Connecting with Business Managers on their manpower needs and support in hiring in the region

- Analyse data to get insights and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Publish regular dashboards to the business

- Help execute both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development

- Be abreast of latest trends in industry in terms of best-practices in HR processes and recommend improvements basis the same

Eligibility Criteria: MBA in HR with 1-2 years of hands-on experience as HR Business Partner / Employee Relations

Key Skills Required:

- Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders in the business to achieve results

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills

- End to End Recruitment experience from Sourcing to On-boarding

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Knowledge of HR analytics, Excel & dashboard preparation

- Should have a solutions orientation to problems encountered and recognizes when to escalate situations to the next higher level

- Shows bias for action and relentless focus on end results
