Head of Global Payroll (India, Poland & UK) As a Pay Lead for India & Poland, you will contribute to the safe, efficient and future-focused operational delivery of pay and benefit services in the India, Poland and UK for colleagues. Responsible for ensuring that all payroll risk controls are adhered to and enhanced through strong risk culture. you'll be leading the pay operation to deliver solutions across a portfolio of products, in-line with an agreed service proposition. You'll define, monitor, manage and execute KPIs on time to steer strong performance, and line manage a professional, capable and engaged team to meet the needs of the business and our customers. We'll look for you to be: - Working collaboratively with global stakeholders to define, influence, shape and support the successful delivery of services - Creating a culture of continuous improvement, increasing efficiency and productivity through leadership, coaching, engagement and development of skills - Achieving high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction through effective performance monitoring, utilisation ratios and use of customer satisfaction tools - Developing strong relationships with control and assurance to make sure that the HR services risk profile is managed, while taking action in response to incidents - Design and deliver the current and future Payroll & Operations Delivery strategy within risk appetite, ensuring adherence to Group policy, governance, and frameworks, working with internal and external stakeholders and partners including 2nd & 3rd line of defence.
