Naturell India - Vice President - Marketing - Health Foods (10-15 yrs)
Title : VP Marketing at Naturell India, a leading player in the Health foods space with two brands viz. Max Protein (range of protein bars and protein chips) and Rite Bite (range of healthy snacking bars).
This would be a head of marketing role, with all members of the marketing team reporting to this position
The position would report to the Managing Director
Location : Mumbai (Powai)
Job Responsibilities :
- Drive all aspects of brand management viz. thought leadership on the brand (architecture, positioning, messaging for various target segments etc.), new product development (NPD), packaging development, consumer research, co-ordination with creative agency, media planning, trade marketing etc.
- Formulate and implement the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) on the brand
- Complete responsibility for driving all initiatives on the brand (Above the line /Below the line)
- Continuous Monitoring of brand performance on key metrics and take corrective action as required
- Mentor and upgrade skillset of existing marketing team
Profile :
- MBA (full time) with 10-15 years of experience in FMCG marketing
- Exposure to food brands would be an added advantage
- Should have handled P&L responsibility on the brand
- Strong exposure to Social media/Digital marketing and targeting millennials
- Demonstrated track record in driving strong growth on small brands
- Should have experience in working on Trade Marketing initiatives in co-ordination with the Sales team
- Strong focus on Return on Investments (ROI) on brand /promotional spends
- Strong inter personal skills and experience in handling a team
