- To provide executives and their teams with the necessary strategies

- Engineering Bachelor's degree and/or Master's Degree from institute of repute

- Experience of successfully delivering projects in areas such as: Business Process Modeling strategy, process management or data management business process design and modeling, business process improvement, BPML tool deployment, etc.

- Strong process excellence experience for key usage scenarios ranging from business diagnostic, organization design, business process design, re-engineering and change management to system implementation

- Data and Analytics experience

- Experience of working in a SAP related IT Change project and ability to understand and communicate with Business and IT, with respect to people, process and technological impacts
