About Role:

We are in the process of turbocharging our 'Technology and Startups' division and are looking for Associate consultants/ Consultants to be a part of this growth. People on this division will work with founders/ leaders of the largest unicorns/ soonicorns and PE/ VC funds.

Its a P&L role with strong sales and advisory orientation. We are looking for aggressive, analytical and relationship oriented individuals with a strong hands on execution skills - someone who can think on the feet and come up with innovative solutions. Multi taskers & self-starters with articulate communication & people engagement skills are particularly successful @ Native and in Executive search industry.

Role Details :

- To effectively network and engage with CXO/ Leaders top leaders in the tech sector.

- Run end to end search assignments for your clients. Includes candidate assessment, screening and maintaining a robust pipeline and recall of top talent for various searches within the sector

- Study compensation structures, talent trends and key data points for the respective domains

- Become the 'Goto' consultant for your domain in the industry.

- Build your own portfolio of clients and strategic relationships.

- Manage existing clientele (Top tier startup founders and PE/VC funds) and assist in acquiring new clients within the sector.

- Keeping clients updated on the Industry (Leadership movements, best practices, M&As, new product launches, new businesses etc)
