About Role:

'Digital , Technology and Analytics' is one of our fastest growing division of the firm and is now hiring 2nd layer of leadership to drive and mange this growth. People on this division will work with Fortune 500 companies as well as SMEs to help them hire functional leaders who drive their digital and technology transformation.

Its a P&L role with strong sales and advisory orientation. We are looking for aggressive, analytical and relationship oriented individuals with a strong hands on execution skills - someone who can think on the feet and come up with innovative solutions. Multi taskers & self-starters with articulate communication & people engagement skills are particularly successful @ Native and in Executive search industry.

Role Details :

- Ownership of your own P&L, deliver growth in line with department goals.

- Hire and manage a team of associate and consultants.

- Display effective leadership and ensure that your team grows to take on larger challenges.

- Build your own portfolio of clients and strategic relationships.

- Manage existing clientele (Top tier startup founders and PE/VC funds) and take a lead in acquiring new clients.

- To effectively network and engage with CXO/ Leaders top leaders in the tech function.

- Run end to end search assignments for your clients. Includes candidate assessment, screening and maintaining a robust pipeline and recall of top talent for various searches within the sector

- Study compensation structures, talent trends and key data points for the respective domains- Become the 'Goto' consultant for your domain in the industry.

- Keeping clients updated on the Industry (Leadership movements, best practices, M&As, new product launches, new businesses etc)
