National Warehouse Manager - FMCG

Strategic deliverables :

- Drive end to end optimal warehouse performance to meet business objectives

- Ensure overall effective warehousing controls are put in place to ensure Stock control and DIFOT is achieved.

Technical deliverables :

- Drive operational efficiencies and ensure low cost operations

- Imbed world class stock control disciplines and practices

- Deliver on all change management initiatives aligned to the business strategy

- Improve overall people capability across the function

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement

- Achieve all inventory management and stock control targets.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES :

- Inventory management and stock control

- Maintain FIFO processes

- DIFOT

- Financial KPIs

- Productivity measures.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Business Management or similar

- 5+ years- FMCG supply chain or logistics experience in a senior leadership role

- Demonstrated influencing capability across a multi-site and multi-functional business

- Proven experience in planning stock movement and inventory control.
