PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To develop and implement Trade Marketing Strategy pan India to achieve defined sales objectives across all product categories

- Planning & Optimum utilization of BTL budget

- Increase effectiveness of BTL activations by ensuring 100% strategy execution

- Forecasting at channel & SKU level 3 to 6 months in advance

- To design, execute & measure the performance of brand wise, channel wise trade and visibility programs

- Act as the hub for competitor activities across all brands. Track competitor promotion strategies and pre-empt the same whenever possible

- Pre and post promotion analysis. Study the impact on external offtake & household penetration data

- Planning of visibility drives, rural sales activations, samplings, loyalty programs, & distribution drives

- Designing and implementation of appropriate POSM materials fit for the channel & the brand

Personality:

- Ability to engage in cross functional teams to get the assigned work done

- Excellent analytical and quantitative ability

- Self-driven

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- In depth knowledge of FMCG-GT
