- Collaborating with RSMs to establish and execute the sales goal for the regions.

- Indirectly helping & managing the sales team consisting of RSM/ASM in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.

- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.

- Deliver on the volume & value targets, distribution goals, productivity etc.

- Business plan on achieving & increasing sales of the brands.

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding Modern Trade network.

- Training & building capabilities of the field force in the region.

- Proper reporting & ensuring disciplined process of data capture & analysis.

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

- Developing sales strategies to achieve the targets set for the entire regions.

- Collecting trade customer feedback and keeping up to date with competitive intelligence
