National Trade marketing manager_ MNC FMCG
- Develop the Trade plans and executing the Omni channel growth strategy with the Branch leadership team
- Field teams to drive the net sales & brand objectives. Analyze the segment wise opportunity to grow the market share by building assortment by working closely with the brand team to drive new product GTM's, Brand strategy & Visibility Initiatives Led the Quarterly Operational plans for the branch to deliver Business KPI
- Implement In-store Visibilities & Tech enabled initiatives to drive digitization Energize field-force through innovative and exciting incentive plans that motivate them to tap the market opportunity and over deliver against the targets
We are looking for :
1. Candidates with GT sales and trade marketing experience
2. Regional or state level experience ( mandatory)
3. FMCG experience
- Open to candidates from Tier 1 B School( 2017/18) batches
We are also ok for non Premier B school school
