Job Profile:-
- Defining the overall sales strategy, accessing opportunity areas and gaps. Developing roadmap for the sales organization.
Sales strategy development:
- Challenges- Identifying avenues of growth, liaising with different functions to be aligned on the growth area, ensuring timelines are met & bringing everyone on board.
- Responsible for developing key business strategies, assessing current opportunities & gaps & developing tools to address them.
- Responsible for identifying & driving growth levers.
Driving Digitization:
- Challenges- Chalking out implementation plan for DMS, SFA and retailer app and rolling out to respective stakeholders, ensuring full adoption and usage, accommodating additional required changes to make a robust product for facilitating smooth everyday operations.
- Facilitate smooth digital transformation of Business by aligning projects and operations with multiple stakeholders.
Channel Development and Tracking:
- Challenges- Creating reporting formats and dashboards for tracking key KPIs and circulating to relevant stakeholders, develop metrics for specific key campaigns and promotions to measure success of same.
- Defining future channel structure & driving distributor ROI. Scheme Management for higher sales and penetration in market.
