National Trade Marketing Manager - FMCG/F&B - IIM/FMS/MDI (5-8 yrs)
- Ideate and provide support to various channels in terms of signages, POSM, other visibility, sampling, trade promotions, and events etc. to ensure achievement of channel/region sales targets
- To devise GTM strategy for different markets resulting in maximum distribution gains with minimum distribution cost
- Mapping of competitor coverage
- Plan and drive addition of outlets, units and super/sub stockists along with the sales team
- Tracking of Product Launches, ideate and execute Consumer Promotions to boost trials or improve sales contribution of categories, monitor and report on launch/promotional activities, track competitive sales in key channels
- Manage Trade Marketing & Brand Activation budgets & control spends
- Design SOP for different activities and reporting to ensure the targeted goal.
- Shortlisting & on boarding vendors for the crafting & execution of POSM
