Key Resp: Implementation of the Trade/Customer Strategy in the Wholesale and Retail channel in Distribution Vertical Primary role - Develop and Oversee Trade Activation across Channels to meet Overall Business and Product Objectives specific to the Channel - Design/Conceptualise and implement initiatives to continuously improve the Power balance in both the Channels of Retail and Wholesale - Manage and Drive the Implementation of key partnership programs in both the retail and wholesale channel Responsibilities Scheme management - Develop Specific Trade scheme for relevant channels across Products - Oversee execution of plans to achieve sales objectives wrt trade schemes and Activation in both direct and Indirect (sub dealer) Channels - Ensure Dealer loyalty and relationship with below the line activation is implemented at the dealer point - Review scheme efficacy and improve current Partnership programs by analysing the performance against the KPIs assigned. Competitive landscape information and Action - Design and Implement initiatives to win in competition heavy geographies and customers - Identification, Action Planning and tracking of Low Share Dealers in specific categories to gain market share and improve Power Balance - Co creating Plans with marketing team for Specific Product Initiatives - To ensure Timely submission for trade Scheme Proposals, Budget allocation, Key operationalisation parameters as per aligned timelines to the commercial team for Provisioning and Scheme disbursal within timelines Sales Energizers and Incentive Programs - Develop and Manage Sales Incentive Programs for driving the Business and Channel Objectives through the Sales system - Drive periodic Sales energizers , contests and Motivation programs to ensure that the Sales system is energized and Motivated on continuous basis - Develop and implement Action plans across core categories and New products to deliver growth objectives - Distribution Increase in relevant channels through design of Programs to help on-board New dealers with repetitive billing - To Ensure the brand visibility is implemented at the channel level with Channel Specific Objectives being delivered Sub Dealer Management - The position would be responsible for delivery of Sales and growth objectives through the Sub Dealer Channel - Development of the channel through the management and Build-up of the Sub Dealers through the Loyal Wholesale Network to ensure that the required Power Balance in the wholesale channel is attained - Conceptualize and implement period Schemes and drivers to achieve Business and Product objectives in the Sub Dealer network - Generate and Publish the Business Dashboards for all the stakeholders - Design review Structures and Drive Reviews for achieving the Objectives in the Sub Dealer channel through the Sales System
