National Trade Marketing Head - FMCG (9-15 yrs)
- Lead the trade marketing function in India
- Responsible for executing brand positioning,
- Develop and implement effective trade marketing programs, leads to increase market share, volumes and capture target customers.
Assisting in Business Planning and Strategy Development by :
- Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away.
- Understand brand performance and identify market wise challenges. Provide actionable insights to sales team and category teams and take corrective action where required
- Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives.
- Leading efforts to leverage the Global Brand Positioning.
- Providing seasoned leadership in the translation and execution of the Marketing strategy into impactful programs. Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team.

- Responsible for developing promotions to customers and consumers, above-the-line and below-the-line mix using well-established and innovative techniques
- Determine appropriate media vehicles, such as trade shows, magazines, seminars, etc.
- Work with advertising and PR agencies
