National Service Manager - Digital Lending Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage central operations for life cycle repayment & servicing management of the loans.

- Design, deploy and monitor processes, infrastructure management.

- Exceed service standards in area of fulfilment and benchmark to set standards in area of service delivery.

- Monitoring TAT and quality through checks and balances. Drive regulations around the digital business within Operations vertical from regulatory perspective.

- Drive the needed IT and Non-IT developments around the Digital Business.

- Monitoring adherence to regulatory framework. Internal & External audit management.

- Present monthly deck risk on key performance and risk indicators to management.

About Client :

Our Client is NBFCs currently where they have started a Digital lending BU where they operate as independent team or startup

They're tapping into the unsecured loans segment and they're starting to work on small ticket sizes of 50k to 5 lakhs or max to 15 lakhs. It would be scaled to larger ticket sizes as the business grows and stabilizes

This is because the company has clear growth plan in place from their past business learnings

They are working on a business model where the partnership through business development brings in demand and they disburse the supply

To start off with they have 3 products that they're focusing on Personal loans, business loans and educations loans( planning to do it at an international market level but the primary focus would be on domestic market within 15 lakhs)

They wanted operate in a lean model where in to start off they are hiring a team of 20-25 members

They wanted to build a clean and structured business for the year rather than startups are looking at scaling the business aggressively

They might diversify their business into secured loans as well with respect to co-lending or aggregator model

They are planning to build a business of 500 cr in the first year and scale up business based on the learnings

They have on boarded 2-4 NBFCs for all 3 products

Looking for someone who has implemented STP process from scratch - When you make an onboarding/credit decision to pre qualify / scorecard computation / risk-based pricing via rule engine/offer letter triggered / digital acceptance, signing / Digital Ops / disbursal. - NO human intervention
