National Sales/Regional Sales Manager - eCommerce (10-18 yrs)

We have job opening for NSM & RSM Profile Noida location

NSM - Will handle set of 200 top MB clients located in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bang., Che, Hyd & Pune. Team size of around 20 to 25 members spread over locations. Travelling of around 15 to 20 days in a month.

Salary up to 40L

We need 2 RSM both to be located at Noida

- RSM EA (Enterprise Accounts) : Will handle set of 200 top MB clients located in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bang., Che, Hyd & Pune. Team size of around 20 to 25 members spread over locations. Travelling of around 15 to 20 days in a month.

Salary: Up to 35 L

Would need to bring in super-quality sales talent which will take the business to next level.

Brief profile:

- Minimum 10 years of experience. Upper Age limit: 38 years.

- Experience in hardcore sales. Preference will be to people who have exposure in both Corporate as well as retail selling. Corporate sales experience is mandatory.

- Tier 2 Business School minimum (top 50 BSchool only).

- Solid, demonstratable work experience and success credentials.

- Team Handling of ZM's & below

- Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.

- Outstanding ability to analyse sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills are required.

- Preference for process-driven, aggressive candidates. People from BFSI (MNC firms), Classified Portals, Media etc will be preferred.

Lets avoid:

- People with breaks in their career, especially if that is current.

- Candidates working in very small/unknown firms.

- People who have spent less than 2 years average per company they have worked for e.g. for 8 years experience, no more than 4 job changes.
