Our client is a Technology led NBFC, and a part of a Global Conglomerate in the Financial Services ecosystem. With an Enterprise mindset and a Start-up DNA, it is one of the major players in Financial Services, Consumer Lending, SME Lending, Wholesale Lending, etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the P&L of the Unsecured Lending Business in India.
- Build and lead the team of Zonal Managers, Regional Managers, Area Managers, around 50-60 people under the span of control.
- Timely imparting of training on product line to team members with a view to build a strong sales team.
- Diversify the sources of business generated by making strategic tie-ups with prospective business partners.
- Coordinate various promotional activities to increase the profitability.
- Conduct market analysis & track the competitor landscape.
- Connect with channel partners across the country.
The successful applicant :
- MUST have 15+ years of experience in Lending Business.
- MUST have 8+ years of experience in Unsecured Business Lending - DSA Business.
- Strong team building and interpersonal skills.
- Digital mindset, able to contribute in making digital processes and policies.
