Reporting to:- Business Director- Luxury Grooming

- Experience:- 4-10 years of experience in Sales & Business Development
- Ideally from Premium Beauty & Cosmetic Retail (e.g.Fab India Consumer Biz), Franchisee Led Businesses (like Asian Paints SLEEK or Raymond Lifestyle) or FMCG
- Should have significant experience in managing team and building teams
Qualification:- Must be an MBA From A Tier 1 Institution
Location:- Mumbai (HO) Location
CTC: - Depend on Current CTC

Strategic & Business Planning - Developing a strategic vision & strategic choices for the channel
- Creating a business plan for the financial year for the channel
- Execution of agreed strategic choices
- Execution Of Agreed choices to achieve the business objective
- Timely reporting of performance against business objectives and strategic objectives
