Job Description - Looking for an experienced candidate in Salesforce/CRM sales for a National Sales Manager - Salesforce role with world's largest MNC in Technology Distribution business.

Client Details

Our client is a renowned Global MNC in the Technology Distribution space, alongside a Global presence and an ever-increasing India footprint. They are poised to challenge the Industry in Cloud CRM and they want to fuel this growth by looking for a strong sales person for Salesforce business unit.

Description :

In this role reporting to the Director - Cloud business you will be responsible for:

- Developing partner ecosystem to boost the sales of Salesforce product portfolio

- Setting up the sales strategy and operationalizing the Salesforce Practice.

- Expected to drive business planning activities and overall management and leadership of the business

- Involved in hiring and managing the team, take ownership of sales, marketing and project delivery functions.

- Planning and coordinating implementation of business plans with salesforce.com teams

- Responsible for the P & L of the business

- Managing team of Sales, Presales and delivery

- Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management Consistently monitoring the sales activity of the team, and tracking the results. Consistently monitor and report on the implementation projects.

Profile :

You will be a successful candidate with :

- 12+ years of experience in Enterprise CRM Software with end customers of which at least 4 years in a sales management position

- Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment

- Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment

- Working knowledge of the CRM space, preferably Salesforce

- Proven leadership skills

- Excellent oral, written and telephonic communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Good presentation and articulation skills

- Associate coaching and development skills
