Job Title/Designation : National Sales Manager (Retail Fashion Brand), Mumbai
Job Description :
- Managing Retail Sales and Operations, Buying and Merchandising, Profit and Loss, Marketing of pan India EBOs Exclusive Brand Outlets.
- Planning and implementing sales programs.
- In-store planning, coordination and evaluation of promotions, marketing and Visual Merchandising.
- Introducing new sales and marketing strategies.
- Yearly sales budget, store wise monthly and daily field targets, monthly incentive schemes.
- Finalizing new store locations, store layouts.
- Buying and allocation. Making categories in correct ratio, base stocks, gradation of stores.
- People management. Hiring, Developing, Training, Motivating the team.
- Reporting, providing solutions to the promoters in all aspects of EBO and company business.
- Reviewing of merchandise performance of existing stores for better stock turns.
- Legal compliance LOI, Agreement signing,completion etc.
Experience : 15 to 20 years
