Looking to hire a mature professional to Lead Sales role pan India for an FMCG Start Up based in Noida. - Manage the complete Sales & Marketing and would be responsible for the P&amp;L management. - Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals. - Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders &amp; upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning. - To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for Pan India. - Provide strategic direction to the ZSM thereby driving growth for the channel. - Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans - Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through RTM - Ensure effective New product introductions through effective RTM - Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance, forecast accuracy - Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness in the areas of Customer Management / Meeting Effectiveness and Field Implementation. - Managing stock and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues, minimizing stock and field force attrition. - Monitor competitor activity - anticipate and develop strategies to counter competition's efforts - Facilitate compliance to corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active communication and control mechanisms. - Desired Candidate: 1) Should have minimum 20+ years of experience in sales domain preferably from the CG / Personal care/ Cosmetics industry. 2) Should be a hard core sales professional with strong operational expertise. 3) Should have managed large teams. 4) Should possess very strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
