Responsibilities:
- Responsible to create value by providing the vision, leadership, strategy, and general management skills necessary to grow the company to the next level.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to advance the company's vision, mission, strategies, and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization
- Work collaboratively across teams ; including Engineering, Product and Marketing
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Work closely with the management team to develop a high performing, innovative and result-driven organization
- Develop strategic partnerships and ensure that overall revenue and profit goals are achieved
- Responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Executives and SDR's across enterprise and mid-market sales.
- Turning around the business in terms of volume, profitability, market share and overall processes
