- Developed National Business Plan to attain the organizations aspirations.
- Delivering sales objectives of the region.
- Identifying opportunities within the region for further business development.
- Scaled up distribution in line with the company's campaign
- Evolving and effectively executing the overall strategy in tune with the defined objectives.
- Develop & implement strategies and tactics that drive top line and profitability of the division.
- Expansion and penetration of distribution channel.
- Develop alternate channel of distribution (Wholesale, Trade, Pharma Chain etc).
- Achieving top line & Bottom line objective of the Region as well as running independently profit centres in the region
- Planning annual business strategy forecasting for Region as well as National Level as BOLT member.
- Handling complete product management with related revenue Cost control process for higher GP.
